How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days, so 4–9 business days in total. Standard shipping is free to every US address.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 30 days and free of charge. A prepaid return label comes in your package. Exchanges are accepted, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Will it fit my desk or shelf?

Organizer and stand pages list the sizes the maker publishes. Measure the desk or shelf spot first. If a size you need is not on the page, email us before you order and we will check it for you.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If the tracking has not moved or you cannot find the email, write to us with your order number.

Is sales tax included in the price?

No. Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax. The tax for your address is calculated at checkout, before you pay.
